This is a recipe we tried out recently now that barbecue season is around the corner. Rather than a typical hot dog or sausage, much like a Chicago-style hot dog, this recipe mixes it up with toppings like jalapeños, sweet peppers, red onion, cilantro, and a zesty guacamole sauce. For ours we chose to use bratwursts instead of bacon and cheddar sausages to put our own twist on it with a more mild and softer flavour to really let the toppings and guacamole be the star of the dish. For anyone like myself especially, who enjoys more than just a classic dog, this is a must-try recipe this summer.
